One important part of the vacuum technology is to have the knowledge on which treatment the different vacuum pumps must have to last a long good "life". There are many challenges like this, and they must be solved without having to stop the production for the customer. This was the reason that Busch in 2003 carried out several tests to find a filter that meet these strickted requirements. Now, after several years of development we have a very good and functional filter for difficult processes with many particles in the gas-flow. They also must be able to re-generate automaticly, and without loss of production time.
