Overhauling on R 5 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

Early autumn in 2008, Busch started to use their new service shop on the ground floor at Hestehagen 2. The service shop is a big step towards the employees working conditions with a dobbel crane for simple lifts, as well as a lifting tables. The company has given the employees light and nice working conditions, in addition to this, providing them with equipment that are necessary to do a good and efficient service without a working strain. The "new" service shop has also separated the ”dirty” working processes from the clean, so wash, grinding and media blasting takes place in a seperate room, seperated from mounting and dismantling.

In addition lacquer, hardening oven and testroom is also moved to a seperate room, this is to take care of the working environment for the employees. Busch has the last years had an enormous encrease in sales of dry screw technology which has made it necessary to invest in equipment coat and hardening screwprofiles and cylinders for this type of vacuum pumps. ”We are with this, well equiped for the encrease in service of these types of vacuum pumps, which will continue to come. We work continuesly with giving our customer the best service, and have during autumn 2008 employed Mona Marie Corneliussen as service co-ordinator in the company. She will be the contact person/ link between our customers and Busch. In addition, we have employed two new service engineers Bjarne Sigurd Ramsjø and Tom Atle Moe. We hope that you will give us feedback if there is something you are not satisfied with! ” says general manager Øyvind Hansen Billing.
